- Use humor effectively; what type, when and why.
- Think on their feet and handle tough moments.
- Avoid lawsuits   or lost revenue attributed to communication blunders

The sessions will utilize the unique Jade training model, which emphasizes practical, role plays and breakout sessions. The most active participant will receive an Award, during the networking cocktail at the end of the workshop.
